Contractual Relationship
How the agreement between you, us, and the worker is structured
Placing foreign workers involves three parties: your company, UNIK HR GLOBAL, and the worker. This page explains who signs what, who is the legal employer, and where responsibility sits, so there are no surprises.
How the agreement is structured
Service agreement
You and UNIK HR GLOBAL sign a service agreement setting scope, pricing, and reporting.
Employment contract
Depending on the model, either you or UNIK HR GLOBAL is the worker's legal employer under a compliant contract.
Responsibility map
The agreement states who covers payroll, permits, insurance, and day-to-day direction.
Duration & exit
Terms cover the length of the engagement and how either side can end it fairly.
What the agreement covers
Every engagement is written down before anyone starts, so the legal employer, the responsibilities, and the exit terms are all clear.
