UNIK HR GLOBAL is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Contact: info@unikhrglobal.eu. Registered office and licence number are available on request.
What we collect
From employers: name, company, email, phone, and the content of your message. From candidates: name, country of residence, desired industry, phone/WhatsApp, and email. We do not currently collect passport scans or CVs through this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such form goes live.
Lawful basis
We process form data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR as applicable · to take steps at your request and, where required, explicit consent via the unchecked checkbox). You may withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or a shorter period is requested and lawful.
Sharing
We use an email delivery provider to receive form submissions. We do not sell personal data. Hosting is provided by our service provider. Transfers outside the EEA, if any, will use an approved transfer tool.
Cookies
Essential cookies required to run the site (including language preference) are used without additional consent. Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced later, are blocked until you accept them on the cookie banner.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Serbia or in an EU member state of your residence. See our Your Data Rights page for how to make a request.
