Where We Place Workers
Destination countries
Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania each have their own permit path. We manage that path so employers are not left to reconstruct it from scattered official pages.
Coverage areas
We place into these markets. City-level coverage is confirmed against live roles · not a claim that we keep a branch on every street.
Serbia
Non-EU / candidate countryForeign employment in Serbia follows national work-permit and residence rules administered by the competent ministries. UNIK HR GLOBAL prepares the employer and worker file under those rules.
Employer file
Role, company documents, and the legal basis for hiring are assembled.
Permit application
The work-permit process is filed with the competent authority.
Residence & travel
Residence formalities and travel are coordinated once the permit path allows.
Start of work
The worker starts only when the lawful basis is in place · not before.
Bulgaria
EU member stateAs an EU member state, Bulgaria applies a Single Permit / work-and-residence framework for many third-country workers, alongside national labour rules. We administer the employer-side file to that framework.
Role & labour-market step
The vacancy is documented as required under Bulgarian procedure.
Single Permit file
The combined work-and-residence application is prepared.
Entry & registration
Travel and local registration follow approval.
Lawful start
Work begins when the permit conditions are met.
Romania
EU member stateRomania, also an EU member state, has its own employment-of-foreigners procedure (including work authorisation and residence). We do not treat it as identical to Bulgaria.
Work authorisation
The employer-side authorisation is prepared under Romanian rules.
Visa / residence
The worker's entry and residence path is completed as required.
Local formalities
Registration and any medical or contract filings are completed.
Placement
The worker starts on a documented, lawful basis.
