Temporary staffing vs outstaffing

Both give you people quickly. The difference is duration and who already works for you.

Temporary staffing

You need extra people for a limited period: a fair, a campaign, illness cover, or a short project. The agency recruits, employs, and assigns workers for that window.

Contracts usually run up to one year depending on local rules. When the period ends, the assignment closes unless you extend in writing.

Outstaffing

You already have staff you want to keep. They transfer to the agency payroll while continuing the same tasks at your company. The agency becomes the legal employer and handles admin.

This is useful when you want one HR partner for payroll across many workers without replacing your team.

Choosing a model

Tell us how long you need people and whether they are new hires or existing staff. We propose the service, fee structure, and documents.

The goal is lawful work from day one, not the cheapest label on a quote.
